New Home Construction

Underground toilet rough-in getting ready for the concrete to be poured around it, which will become a basement bathroom.

Home Renovation

The old cast iron drains throughout the house needed to be replaced due to rot. This home also had tree root damage to the underground drains. Second picture shows a tree root removed from underground pipe.

Adding a basement bathroom can be a big job, but easily done. Here we are pouring the concrete after installing the drains and pipes.

An elderly homeowner had a handyman install a new shower/tub combo in her older home. He cut the whole in the wrong spot and left it open, simply covering it with the cover plate. The woman called us complaining that her shower was leaking. Once we took the cover plate off and found the extra space, I had no choice but to silicone shut and work with what I had. She could not replace the whole unit again.

This here is a competitors solution to a clogged sump pump. He simply ran a new line out of the house, along the exterior brick wall, wrapped across the front porch and drained onto the front walkway. Not only did this not solve the original problem because it is draining so close to the house, but it was early March and created an icy slipping hazard. Another reason to hire a licensed plumber who knows the rules and codes. This homeowner had to pay twice to fix one problem.
